Don’t Let the IRS kick our Gulf Coast citizens while they are down!
The Online Tax Revolt Avatars are on the march again–this time for our fellow Americans on the Gulf Coast. Help us stop the latest assault on our citizens by our broken tax system! We’re marching to New Orleans and will be there until the President or Congress orders the IRS to lay off tax bills on BP’s emergency payments to hard hit residents reeling from the effects of the catastrophic oil spill. President Obama can order the IRS to forgo such payment with one phone call and should. Tell the President that our fellow countrymen have already suffered enough and that the damage to citizens and Gulf Coast economies should not now be further compounded with tax bills on money already spent on food and rent.
